The Z series multiple directional control valves consist of several directional valves, safety valves and some additional valves with such characteristics as high in working pressure, compact in structure, leak outside uneasy, good commonality and high performance of relief valve. They are mainly used in hydraulic systems of engineering machinery such as loaders with below model ZL40 loaders, multifunctional loaders and small excavators. The valves can also be used in hydraulic systems of mining machinery, lifting transportation machinery, agricultural machinery and other machinery to carry out integrated control over several actuating mechanism.
The Z series multiple directional control valves have a check valve in each piece. On demand by users, the overload valve or make up valve may be installed between any work chamber and returning chamber. The circuit can be of parallel type, serial type or composite.There are several spool functions, positioning and returning modes and control modes. Oil may be also fed to other mechanism through interim valve block or external port, hence to meet a variety of different main machines needs.
